Who we are
Volvorix LLC ("Volvorix", "we") is the data controller for this website, reachable at hello@volvorix.com.
What we collect
Contact form: the name, email address and message you submit. Your IP address is attached to the message to help prevent abuse.
Analytics: we use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, which are privacy-friendly and do NOT use cookies or collect personally identifiable information. They record anonymous, aggregated usage and performance data only.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell your data.
How we use it
To read and reply to messages you send us, and to keep a record of our correspondence.
To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.
Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6): your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and securing the site.
Sharing & processors
We host the site on Vercel and deliver contact-form emails through Resend. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
We disclose data otherwise only where required by law.
Retention
We keep contact messages for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, then delete them.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict its processing.
To exercise any right, email hello@volvorix.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
